LOW VOLUME DUST CONTAINER
The era of large tanks is over, the SCC uses a small powder container (5 KG) with the Venturi pumps mounted just above the fluidized bed in order to have the powder always perfectly fluidized so the pumps work with a minimum amount of air tablet. The container like the powder magazine records the weight of the powder contained.
DUST FILTRATION SYSTEM
Everyone knows how important it is to sift the recovered powder, as they know the unparalleled quality provided by ultrasonic devices, but few know how important it is to sift even virgin powder. The SCC is the answer, equipped with an ultrasonic sieve (optional), it allows you to sift both virgin and recycled powder at the same time in order to always have a perfect blend.

The mini tank can be fully inspected, facilitating cleaning operations.
GENERAL CLEANING
AND PUMP CLEANING
The tank is equipped with an emptying system in order to facilitate the color change operations. Before being discharged, the powder is weighed in such a way that the system calculates how many kg have been used with respect to the loaded weight. The tank is also equipped with an exclusive cleaning system dedicated to Venturi pumps.
POWDER LOADER
The virgin powder is weighed before being loaded and transferred to the mini tank by means of a cardboard pick-up system. Below the vibrating surface there are load cells which check the weight of the remaining powder. If a number of guns greater than 12 are to be installed, the vibrating table can be replaced by a fluidized hopper.
